Pharma Research required an overhaul of an existing website that had many functional issues resulting in missed opportunities and high bounce rates from both research sponsors and volunteers. With two classes of user to consider the insights collected from user research played a detrimental role in the final outcome of the product.

Strategy

The direction we took the PRA website was placing an emphasis on creating a seamless ecosystem where users can manage their profiles and appointments on one end, while also managing accounts and handling personal information on the other.

Creative Direction

Our goal for the creative direction was to create an experience that complimented the needs of the primary user base while mirroring the medical experience. The result was creating a crisp ,clean, one could say "clinical" experience.
